School Bookings
All school visits to Colchester Zoo must be pre-booked a minimum of five days in advance in order to qualify for our discounted school rates.
To make a booking for a school, fill in the form below. The information you enter will be completely secure and confidential. For more details of how we store and use data, please see our Privacy Policy, and the Policy for our booking form.
To fill in this form you will require the following information:
- School contact details
- Proposed visit date
- Estimated numbers of pupils and adults (your final numbers will be confirmed on the day of your visit)
- Which educational sessions you would like and potential times for these session
After you have filled in the form, within five working days, you will be emailed a detailed document confirming your trip (if you have not received it within that time, please contact our education department). This document will contain a cost breakdown based on your estimated numbers. For price details, please see our Admission Prices page.
Please note, your visit (including sessions and times of sessions) is not confirmed until you received this document. Our sessions are limited in availability and very popular. Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
