Meet the dastardly Forkbeard, design a pilgrim-badge, find a chicken with its own teapot. Bring a smartphone or camera if you can. If you’re young, or young at heart, you’ll enjoy joining in the fun and activities.
Funny Stories for an Abbey Birthday runs on selected weekends, from May to August – check the calendar for details. Tours start behind the Norman Tower, near the St Edmund statue, and last 60 minutes. Please let us know beforehand if you have any special access requirements. We regret that we cannot accept dogs (apart from assistance dogs) on our tours.
